The smell is from the non-woven that is 100% viscose that is used to produce the wipes and does decrease over time. It is quite normal for the sensitive products with pure viscose material to smell because there is no masking agent to mask the non-woven’s natural smell in these products. Please note that there might be minor smell differences between each lot’s smell and this is related to the viscose manufacturing process. This is regarded as normal and accepted by all non-woven manufacturers. While this is as said normal, we understand that the smell is not very pleasant, and we are looking into how we can reduce it.
